As a Naturopath and Personal Trainer, Julia incorporates her wealth of knowledge in both these areas to provide and unique and highly sought-after training experience. This enables her clients to achieve their goals in an upward spiral of health, vitality, fitness and longevity.
Julia specialises in whole body transformations, strength & conditioning, high-intensity training, core strength & stability training, boxing and group fitness training. She understands that the achievement of goals is dependent not only on physical fitness but also on various other aspects of health including psychological health, emotional wellness and nutritional status. As a result of this, Julia ensures that every pillar of health is being addressed in all her clients to ensure continuous improvement and long-term health and wellness.
